One of the most significant issues facing Congress, and the nation, is illegal immigration.  I believe securing our borders is a top priority and needs to take place first.  We need to strictly enforce our current laws while ensuring that we do not reward those who have broken our laws.  I am absolutely opposed to amnesty for illegal immigrants.
